Free Estimate And Consultation
We provide our customers with a free estimate and consultation, on site. With all the new flooring materials on the market, it is crucial to select the right products and finishes for the job. From large format tiles requiring a different type of installation to the wide variety of wood floors (solid, engineered, laminate…), we will guide you into making the best educated decision for your application. After all, flooring is a long term investment.
Architect And Plan Services
Depending on the type of project, we might have to apply for a permit with the proper authorities.Obtaining a permit will require having architect drawings,filling out notarized documents and forms, obtaining approval from Associations and so on. We can guide you through what seems to be a chaotic road most of the time and take care of this crucial part of the project.
Running The Show
Once we have jumped through the all the hoops from Associations, Building Departments and so on, we are ready to start the project.At this point, we will carefully plan, synchronize and organize every step of the project.This step is crucial in order for us to deliver on our promise and deliver the job in time.Every step of the job is carefully planned:
Demolition:
■ Getting a dumpster onsite (if allowed) or hauling off every day
■ Protecting areas not being renovated
■ Keeping job site safe and clean
Rebuild:
● Delivery of new building materials
● Provide daily supervision at job site and send an update report to Homeowner on a daily basis
● Floor prep, wall prep
● Inspections by Building Department
● Schedule and synchronize all trades (demo, flooring, drywall, plumber, electrician, carpenter, painter…)
Inspections:
● Through every step of the job, inspections are required (without going into the technical details, we can have over 10 inspections to be done before moving ahead to next phase).We have to be onsite every time to meet with Inspectors and go over all the details
Punch List:
● Once the project is completed, we do a walk through with Homeowner.We make sure that your expectations have been fully met and that we delivered on our promise.
